Selling a house can be stressful, but Wayne and Austin were wonderful to work with, and made the process easy. We first met them last summer (2023) when we decided to put our home on the market. When we inquired about their services, they were quick to respond and came out to look at the property as well as give us feedback on how we could best prepare the house for the market. It was a definite plus that they were very familiar with the neighborhood and who the potential buyers would be. They gave us reasonable suggestions on how to best present the house, and what to expect throughout the process. As we prepared the house for the market, they were always available to speak with or come out to the house when necessary. They also designed a great brochure for our home that was well done and included a floorplan (very useful if you're a buyer). The great communication continued once the house went on the market, and the house was sold in exactly the time they had told us it would. Wayne and Austin were awesome to work with we highly recommend them!

My husband and I met the Gauthiers 2019 the first time when buying our fourth home in Richmond, VA. I have never met any realtor's that have been more understanding of our needs. They have such strong deep ethical pride and passion for their work. They are very skilled and professional in negotiations and good advisors. When we sold our house 2023 due to international move our decision was easy on what realtors to chose. Everything from start to finish was very professional and well handled. They always go the extra mile for their clients with a positive attitude and making sure you feel comfortable and understands everything in the process. If you need a skilled team this is the one.

Wayne and Austin made home selling painless. We followed their advice, and the condominium sold the first day it was on the market. They oversaw painting, carpet replacement, plaster work, and cleaning. They have a group of incredible people who do excellent work at reasonable rates. The operation was seamless. Wayne did not even ask for my help (I volunteered) when he was scrubbing down the deck and rearranging the pots. That is how they operate on the marketing level. On the personal level, these folks are stellar. I was experiencing a great personal loss. Wayne and Austin successfully did everything possible to remove stress and hurdles. In addition to being expert real estate agents, they are truly good people who care. There was never any sense of their being interested in what they could get out of me. Their focus always was how best they could help and support me. I am forever grateful. On a scale of 1 to 5, they are a 10.

Austin and Wayne were fantastic agents to work with for our recent home purchase in Richmond. We are moving from out of state, which made home buying in a new city a bit daunting.
