We could not have chosen a better realtor to help us find our new home for our family and sell the one we loved. The market this past year was a challenging one to buy during BUT on the other hand it was a great market to sell in. Austin shared ideas to strategize on both the selling and buying ends and sold our home in record time and for far more than we had ever imagined which allowed us more flexibility when buying our next home. Austin has been wonderful to work with. She is the consummate professional and so easy to work with. She gets the job done. She was always available anytime I called her snd was always there to help. This past year has been a challenge to say the least, dealing with the many restrictions put in place due to the Covid pandemic. Austin was there for us every step of the way . In the past year , Austin helped us purchase our current new home .Austin was the listing agent on three properties that we recently sold.All three properties were sold in record time. If we needed anything , Austin was always there to share ideas and help with whatever services were needed. Wayne is a fantastic partner and was always there to assist, if we needed him as well. I would highly recommend Austin for any of your current or future real estate needs. She is awesome!
