We needed to sell our house quickly due to an employment relocation and a neighbor referred Wayne and Austin. We couldn't have been happier with their expertise and service. From the market predictions being spot-on to exceptional service during the entire process, we feel like we won the lottery when we contracted with them! Moving can be stressful and having a realtor who understands and knows how to relieve some of the pressure is invaluable. Communication was excellent and prompt. They were engaged from beginning to end and personable. They were sincere in wanting to help and even available to take care of a few loose ends on our behalf after we moved out of state. Wayne and Austin are an incomparable team and we highly recommend them.
