We could not have chosen a better realtor to help us find our new home for our family and sell the one we loved. The market this past year was a challenging one to buy during BUT on the other hand it was a great market to sell in. Austin shared ideas to strategize on both the selling and buying ends and sold our home in record time and for far more than we had ever imagined which allowed us more flexibility when buying our next home. Her humor and grace was so welcomed over this past year. I've even recommended that my parents work with Austin and Wayne for their future needs. Selling and buying can be stressful but Austin made us feel at ease and helped us calmly navigate each step - all the way through getting settled into our new home. She (and Wayne) are just great in every way!!

Austin is incredible! My wife and I were able to purchase the perfect house remotely, and I can't imagine successfully buying a house remotely (in this market!) without Austin's help. She was patient with our many ups-and-downs, she communicated clearly and quickly, she followed up on every lead, and she gave us inside information on each house that helped us find exactly what was right for us. I highly recommend Austin and Wayne Gauthier to anyone buying or selling a house. I first met Wayne seven years ago, when in a slow market, he was able to sell my house in two weeks when I moved to Texas. Wayne was so exceptional that when I decided to move back to Richmond, I used Wayne and Austin to help me purchase a new house. In a very competitive market, they helped me find my dream home.
