Wayne and Austin did a great job helping me sell my home as well as buy with my fiancee. They were able to fetch a price for my house so much more than I ever thought possible and took great care to help us find a home during the COVID restrictions. Both were on top of any questions we had and explaining paperwork, options to sell/buy, and how to navigate the process. They were flexible with their schedules as well as ours to get us out to see homes no matter the day and time. This is the second time I've bought with Wayne and first with Austin but I would highly recommend working with both to buy or sell.

Wayne Gauthier was wonderful to work with. He was recommended by friends. We moved from upstate New York and made the purchase remotely and he helped make the process as smooth as possible. My husband and I would highly recommend him and Austin who worked behind the scenes.

Working with Wayne and Austin was a wonderful experience! We had actually worked with them when we first moved to the Richmond area and ended up buying in Powhatan. They worked tirelessly on our behalf, thought of everything, patiently answered all of our questions, and recommended several reliable contractors and companies when necessary. We were excited to work with them again when the time came to sell our house and buy a new one. We highly recommended working with them if you can!

My husband had used Wayne as his RE Agent in RVA 3 times previously before we moved away in 2014. Now that we are coming back to the RVA area from out of state we called Wayne and got the same amazing service from 500 miles away that we would had we been in town. And now Austin is an added bonus to the team. It has been a challenge buying a house during this pandemic, and from 3 states away. Wayne & Austin went out of their way to "show us" this house without us ever actually setting foot in it! Also their company does things like find a contractor for you for any work you may need done, cleaners, landscapers, etc. Its 1 stop real estate shipping at it's best! Added bonus, we will be in Wayne's neighborhood once we move! We can't wait to come back to RVA and Wayne & Austin have been an enormous and welcome help in these trying times!
