We needed to sell our house quickly due to an employment relocation and a neighbor referred Wayne and Austin. We couldn't have been happier with their expertise and service. From the market predictions being spot-on to exceptional service during the entire process, we feel like we won the lottery when we contracted with them! Moving can be stressful and having a realtor who understands and knows how to relieve some of the pressure is invaluable. Communication was excellent and prompt. They were engaged from beginning to end and personable. They were sincere in wanting to help and even available to take care of a few loose ends on our behalf after we moved out of state. Wayne and Austin are an incomparable team and we highly recommend them.

We worked with Mr. Gauthier as a recommendation from a coworker who also used him as an agent for their first home as well. He is very knowledgeable about the industry and always made himself available to see a home that we were interested in.

Wayne was our buyer's agent for the purchase of our first home. Wayne did a PHENOMENAL job. First he walked us through the process in great detail to make sure we understood everything. His knowledge of Richmond (and old homes that we were looking at) was impressive and very helpful. Wayne was always very responsive to our calls/texts and made sure he was never the reason for any potential slow-down in a very competitive market. Finally Wayne was fun to work with! We enjoyed the process with him and I'd recommend Wayne for any buyer, first-time or fifth!

Working with Wayne and Austin was a wonderful experience! We had actually worked with them when we first moved to the Richmond area and ended up buying in Powhatan. They worked tirelessly on our behalf, thought of everything, patiently answered all of our questions, and recommended several reliable contractors and companies when necessary. We were excited to work with them again when the time came to sell our house and buy a new one. We highly recommended working with them if you can!

Wayne and Austin did a great job helping me sell my home as well as buy with my fiancee. They were able to fetch a price for my house so much more than I ever thought possible and took great care to help us find a home during the COVID restrictions. Both were on top of any questions we had and explaining paperwork, options to sell/buy, and how to navigate the process. They were flexible with their schedules as well as ours to get us out to see homes no matter the day and time. This is the second time I've bought with Wayne and first with Austin but I would highly recommend working with both to buy or sell.

My husband had used Wayne as his RE Agent in RVA 3 times previously before we moved away in 2014. Now that we are coming back to the RVA area from out of state we called Wayne and got the same amazing service from 500 miles away that we would had we been in town. And now Austin is an added bonus to the team. It has been a challenge buying a house during this pandemic, and from 3 states away. Wayne & Austin went out of their way to "show us" this house without us ever actually setting foot in it! Also their company does things like find a contractor for you for any work you may need done, cleaners, landscapers, etc. Its 1 stop real estate shipping at it's best! Added bonus, we will be in Wayne's neighborhood once we move! We can't wait to come back to RVA and Wayne & Austin have been an enormous and welcome help in these trying times!
